was not brought back for the Giants game, as he seemed to be quite a popular figure. With news of a new Game, Skylanders Swap Force, due for release in Fall 2013, I am wondering whether Boomer might get a second chance? We’ll have to wait and see!
Skylanders Boomer is a troll, and as his name suggests he loves blowing things up! He was drafted into the army of the trolls, but didn’t enjoy the wars. This goes against the grain for most trolls. He left the army after saving a town that the trolls had decided to destroy. Later he was invited to become a Skylander, the only troll ever to have this privilege. The brave troll now fights against evil, using his explosive skills to keep the Skylands safe.
The Skylanders Boomer Figure
This figure is probably one of the funniest of all. He’s a small green troll with pointed ears, a long nose, a large grinning mouth full, of teeth, and eyes that seem to point in opposite directions! What more can I say, the guy is funny looking! He is also holding two sticks of dynamite, that he looks ready to throw.He stands on a base decorated in silver and gray cogs, which shows he belongs to the Tech Element group of figures. This figure was designed for the Spyro’s Adventure video game.
Silver Boomer
This is a very rare figure produced for the Spyro’s Adventure game. Silver Boomer, and other silver figures appeared on store shelves at random in very small quantities. Many of these figures were snapped up immediately and began appearing on Amazon and eBay for vast amounts of money. They are still highly collectable today, and if you want a silver figure, be prepared to pay a high price! It’s important to know that even though the silver version looks pretty awesome, it will play and look exactly like a regular version in the game. The figure is basically the same as a regular version, but painted entirely in silver, even the base.
