Skylanders Pirate Seas Adventure Pack

There are four Skylanders Adventure Packs, that unlock exclusive new worlds in the Skylanders: Spyro’s Adventure Game. The Skylanders Pirate Seas is a pirate adventure. This adventure pack contains an exclusive Skylander Terrafin, a location piece, the Pirate Ship and two Magic Items, the Hidden Treasure and the Ghost Pirate Swords.

When you place the Pirate Ship on the Portal Of Power, you are taken to a whole new world of the Pirate Seas. The Pirate Seas is home to a number of small islands, inhabited by the Mabu and various pirates, including the wicked Captain Dreadbeard.

The story behind the Pirate Seas Adventure is that the Skylanders have been brought to the world by Jess LeGrand to help get rid of the Pirates, who have taken over her home of Coconut Island. The Pirates are making everyone play Pirate Card Games, and if people lose, then they are imprisoned.

In the adventure the Skylanders must play and beat the pirates, physically and in cards! in order to rescue the Islands from the pirate invasion.

The Pirate Ship is used in the Ruins (The Ruins is the main hub world in the Skylands). Once placed on the Portal of Power, it allows the Skylanders access to the Pirate Seas Chapter. If the Pirate Ship is used during the chapter, it causes cannon balls to be fired at everything on the screen. It can only be used once per chapter.

The Hidden Treasure Figure allows the Skylander find the hidden dragon treasure. A radar appears on the screen displaying three circles. As the Skylander gets closer to the dragon treasure more circles appear. Once the chest is in very close proximity, it makes a sound and then rises up from the ground.

When the Ghost Pirate Swords are placed on the Portal of Power, two Ghost Swords appear and start to attack enemies closeby. The swords last for approximately 45 seconds and can only be used once per chapter.
